PhD Candidate in Sociology at Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon, where she is developing a research project that continues the work initiated during her Master’s in Business Analytics, focused on supporting the integration of immigrants in Portugal and improving information management in public services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Iscte. Her dissertation examined the challenges faced by the CLAIM Network – Local Support Centers for the Integration of Migrants, coordinated by the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA), and proposed an analytical decision-support model integrating processes, data, and performance indicators aimed at strengthening efficiency, transparency, and institutional cooperation.She is currently part of the In-Iscte project “A Space to Grow”, which aims to support students in vulnerable situations or at risk of dropping out, promoting their academic integration and the development of transversal skills through pedagogical innovation, peer collaboration, ... [more info]
