It is with deep regret that CIES-Iscte announces the death of colleague and researcher Anabela de Sousa Lopes.
Anabela de Sousa Lopes arrived at Iscte's Center for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-Iscte) following the protocol between Iscte - University Institute of Lisbon and the School of Social Communication (ESCS-IPL), within the scope of the PhD in Communication Sciences. She was currently part of the Communication and Culture Research Group as an associate researcher.
Anabela de Sousa Lopes' activity at CIES-Iscte was essentially based on her work as a lecturer on the PhD in Communication Sciences, where she taught and supervised theses.
CIES-Iscte regrets the loss of a colleague who will be remembered with nostalgia.
