Disability
Studies

Human
Rights

Lisbon,

Integrated
Researcher

CIES-Iscte.He
is
an
international
senior
consultant
in
public
policies
relating
to
social
protection,
social
innovation,
and
the
inclusion
of
persons
with
disabilities.
He

also

the
evaluation
of
social
policies
and
their
impact
on
the
quality

life

target
populations,
institutions,
and
