PhD

Communication
Sciences
from
ISCTE-IUL
and
is
a
researcher
at
the
Centre
for
Research
and
Studies
in
Sociology
(CIES-Iscte).
He
works
as
a
manager
and
consultant
in
strategic
communication,
higher
education
lecturer,
and
trainer.
He
is
currently
Vice-President
of
the
Board
of
APECOM
–
Portuguese
Association
of
Communication
Companies
and
Chairman
of
the
Supervisory
Board
of
ARPP
–
Portuguese
Public
Relations
Association.With
over
30
years
of
professional
experience,
he
has
combined
professional
practice
in
communication
with
teaching
and
academic
research
across
different
organizations
and
sectors
(business
associations,
communication
&
media,
defense,
sports,
education,
energy,
financial,
infrastructure
&
mobility,
pulp
&
paper,
health),
both
as
an
executive
and
as
a
consultant.Since
1991,
he
has
been
a
lecturer
in
higher
education
in
the
field
of
Communication
Sciences,
mainly
at
INP
and
ISG,

coordination
