Pedro Moreno Brito, 58 years old, born in Cape Verde and residing in Lisbon. He holds a Graduate in Geography teaching area – Universidade de Cabo Verde, postgraduate in education and training at the Faculty of Sciences, Educational and Training Technologies - Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, Senegal, master's degree in Statistics and Information Management at the Higher Institute of Statistics and Information Management - Universidade Nova de Lisboa, attended the curricular part of a PhD program in Information Management at ISEGI/UNL and currently Public Policies PhD student - ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He is trained in Strategic Planning from INAG in Cabo Verde in collaboration with INAP in Portugal and, also, trained in the Public Policy Impact Assessment Method – IPPs -  ISCTE-IUL.
